Stages of co-operation
Filling in the questionnaire
the candidate provides detailed information about himself/herself, starting from biography, health condition, work experience, references, and ending with questions about hobbies and employment wishes

Conducting interviews to assess competencies and knowledge of childcare; making recommendations for development, taking photos for CVs and making a video business card
Document verification
verify the accuracy of the information provided with the original documents, check the contacts of previous employers to obtain a characterisation
Job selection
offer several job options with a detailed description of duties and salary, based on an analysis of the psychotype, experience and wishes of the candidate
Interview with the employer
a conversation during which the parents assess the candidate's qualifications, motivation and experience, and the candidate learns the employer's expectations and terms of co-operation
Probationary period
The nanny takes up her duties for a paid period of up to 2 weeks, during which she demonstrates professional and personal qualities and establishes contact with the child and parents.
Labour contract
execution of a 1-year employment agreement, which sets out rights, duties, safety rules, working hours, pay, sick days and holidays

- Compensation for absences from work at the employer’s initiative – 50 per cent
- work on public holidays and weekends for nannies without accommodation – with an additional payment of 50% for each hour
- out-of-town travelling expenses are extra
- after 21:00 by agreement with the employer for a daytime nanny a taxi is paid for returning home
- When the nanny goes to other countries, the employer pays the costs of flight (both ways), accommodation, meals, medical insurance
- Personal space and meals: full-time nannies eat with the family, are provided with a place to change clothes and store personal belongings
- The nanny’s duties do not include caring for animals
- consent to video surveillance on the employer’s premises is stipulated in the employment contract

Pedagogical education is not obligatory for working as a nanny, but it can be useful when working with children of different ages. It is important to have experience working with children, knowledge of nutrition, hygiene and child development, the ability to find a common language with them, to be attentive, responsible and caring. In addition, a nanny can obtain certifications and take additional courses in childcare to enhance their qualifications and improve their skills.
After submitting the required documents and completing the application form, it takes from 3 days to 2 weeks to find a suitable job, depending on the availability of suitable vacancies at the time of your application.

Sometimes the search for a nanny is handled by a family assistant or a relative who conducts an initial interview. In most cases, however, the interview takes place in one stage and consists of these blocks:
- the candidate talks about himself;
- the employer asks questions of interest;
- parents answer the nanny’s questions.
The interview can be in two formats: live or video call.
As a rule, an online interview takes from 10 to 20 minutes. Of course, there are exceptions, but most of the time we try to keep it to half an hour.
A “live” interview is a minimum of half an hour. In our experience, the live format is much more effective, especially if a child is involved in the interview. Parents have the opportunity to observe how the child reacts to the nanny, how the contact between them occurs. We jokingly call such interviews “Love at first sight”.
The choice is always up to the parents. We are moderators only and do not make the decision for them.
Taking a polygraph is not compulsory. It is an additional option and a voluntary choice of the candidate and the employer. The polygraph evaluates actions already performed, but in no way models a person’s behaviour in the future. A structured interview provides all the information necessary to assess the candidate and the validity of the data.
After the interview, the candidate starts a trial period of up to two weeks. During this period, the nanny establishes contact with the child, agrees with the parents on the daily routine, basic duties and safety rules. And the parents make sure that the nanny meets their expectations and requirements.
