Stages of co-operation
Filling in the application form
the client provides information about the child, eligibility requirements ranging from age, education, work experience, language skills, and personal requirements
Working chat
discuss the details of the application, provide counselling on the recruitment process, agree on the format of the interview
Searching for candidates
We select questionnaires, evaluate applicants, analyse the reliability of the information provided and original documents, obtain references from previous jobs. We provide up to 5 best candidates.
Organisation of the interview
Interview, during which parents assess the candidate's qualifications, motivation and experience, and the candidate learns the employer's expectations and terms of co-operation
Probationary period
The nanny takes up her duties for a paid period of up to 2 weeks, during which she demonstrates professional and personal qualities and establishes contact with the child and parents.
Contracting
We issue a 1-year employment contract and a recruitment service contract with a guarantee of one free replacement within 6 months.

The total cost of the service is 100% of the nanny’s full month’s salary, made up of two parts:
The first part is—
post-interview

Provide up to 5 best candidates
The second part is —
post probation
- Balance of full month's salary for a full month of service 100 per cent of salary
We’re drawing up two contracts.
We provide a guarantee of one free replacement within 6 months of the nanny leaving, including a trial period (selection of up to 10 candidates).
We terminate co-operation in case of gross violation of agreements, transfer of contacts to third parties.

We answer all questions
We analyse the application carefully, so we only show candidates who meet the parents’ requirements. At the first stage of the selection process, we submit up to 5 questionnaires for consideration. Following the results of the interview, one or two nannies are put on probation and successfully pass it. If all applicants are rejected, we continue the search, which is extremely rare.
To get a better feel for the interviewer and to assess behavioural style, it is most effective to conduct a live meeting of up to 30 minutes. However, online interviewing shows that this format is convenient for parents who do not have the opportunity to come to the office with their child.
The first and main step is to fill out the application. The better and more accurately you answer the questions, the better candidates will be selected
Depending on the requirements of the candidates, the selection process takes up to 14 days. Therefore, it is recommended to think about the requirements in advance so that you can start your nanny search at a relaxed pace. If you need a nanny on a specific date, it is better to apply 1 month in advance.
Polygraph is an additional requirement for which the candidate’s consent is required. There are applicants who are willing to undergo such a test.
Depending on the nature of the illness and the planned period of absence, a decision will be made to find a temporary replacement. We provide a choice of available candidates.
At the end of the probationary period, we draw up an employment contract with the nanny for one year, in which we detail the terms of cooperation, including: responsibilities, safety rules, schedule and payment.
Throughout the whole period of co-operation we help the employer and the nanny to find a way out of any disputable situations. We are always in touch!
We do not co-operate with applicants without references. References from previous places of work are a confirmation of experience and a mandatory requirement for each candidate at the stage of registration and document verification. We provide them for familiarisation after the interview.
