  2. We select 5 best candidates (we forward you the Questionnaires via E-mail)
  3. We hold interviews with the candidates and employer at the office of Dream Nanny Agency (during 2 hours per a day)
  4. You assess the work of 1-2 selected nannies for 1-3 paid test workdays.
  5. A probation period is 10 working days from the first nanny’s working day.
  6. Payment for selection of nanny is carried out in two installments with signing of the Agreement (100% of nanny’s payroll for a month of work).
  • We daily expand the quantity of reliable nannies, to whom we personally offer each vacancy.
  • We don’t search applicants via their applications on the Internet and don’t assess the candidates who are found by you occasionally on some websites.

    Terms:

    • We discuss applications and process it depending on urgency of your order (please, show your contacts for a feedback)
    • We provide you from 3 to 5 best candidates during 5 working days after discussing the application (or the first stage of selection will be prolonged)
    • The probation period of 1-2 days in a family after the candidate selection (with hourly or daily payment under the working schedule)
    • We made the decision during 5-10 days from the first working day of the nanny.
    • An average term of filling of the vacancy is 14-21 days

    Guarantees:

    • We provide guarantee for one free of charge substitution within 6 months from the day of the first working day of a nanny including probation period (selection up to 10 candidates).
    • We consult you in making and boosting of trust relations with your nanny.

    Payment for selection of nanny — 100% payroll for month

    • In Agreement we state the amount of payment made in Two installments (100 % nanny’s payroll for a full month)
    • The first stage of selection: assessment and verification of candidates, filling in the questionnaires and holding an interview in the office (2000 UAH with no refund, up to 10 candidates).
    • The second stage of selection: upon termination of the probation period (not more than 10 days) we conclude two
    • Agreements, and the sum of 100 % of nanny`s payroll for full month (deducting 2000 UAH).
    • In case of trip of nanny to another country the payment installment before the flight is 20%-50%, the second installment will be paid upon termination of the probation period (not more than 3 weeks)
    • In Kyiv the average nanny’s salary is 22 000 UAH per month or from 100 UAH per hour with working schedule 10 hours a day.

    Attention!

    • We terminate cooperation in case of major breach of agreements, revealing contacts to any third persons.
    • We retain the right to terminate the cooperation with no any explanations of the reasons thereto up to the moment of receiving of the first payment.
